The beginning of Mid Valley Pavers began in 1987, when Mike Flores – then owner of Mid Valley Landscaping, was approached by Mr. Rick Balli. Mr. Balli offered Mike the chance to do his first brick pavers installation, here in the Valley. Without hesitation Mike took on the job, not having the proper equipment he turned to Mr. Hermon Skloss.
Another opportunity arose when chance to bid for the paving underneath the Expressway 83 and 281. This job was entrusted to MVP which was finished with great success. MVP was further recognized for their professional and quality in work. This gave Mike plenty more opportunities like the Interchange in Pharr, Texas, which was another success for MVP. Their recognition has led to many other successful jobs in the Rio Grande Valley, as well as in Galveston, San Antonio, Laredo, Carrizo Springs, South Padre Island, and the list just goes on. The business has had great success Thanks to God and to everyone that has helped along the way.
